We reserve our weekends for emergency sessions for existing clients - but frown a little bit on continuous weekend classes.
It really depends on the situation. For the most part we try to fit everything in during the week. Not everyone can take classes during the weekday - and we try to keep that in mind, but reality dictates that this business happens on the weekdays. If you can't be available or lessons during the week the chances are you wouldn't be available for the business either. It's an unfortunate reality, though it may change some day - the lion's share of the work is booked during the normal work week - during normal business hours.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I can confirm that the person who sent you that message was registered as a client and had their account removed due to the activity you described above. People can only email you if they are registered with our site now and by deleting her account she will not be able to contact anyone for purposes of that kind.

Laurynda looked after all of this a few days ago when she emailed the user and asked what her intentions were, stating that if they didn't reply to her email she would delete their account by the end of the day. The person did reply and admitted they were not using our site for the purpose it was meant for which resulted in the deletion of their account.

I trust this personal note from me has clarified what went on and that the matter was handled promptly and professionally.

Best wishes,

Stephanie Ciccarelli
